We created a Content Management System for Ben & Bella. This system allows the admin to take control of all the sales of Ben & Bella products globally, which automatically reflects in the centralised system.

We created a four tier system which consists of - Country Manager - Divisional Manager - Manager - Sales representative. The customer is the focal point which is reached through this hierarchy. This system enables the admin to appoint Country manager in different parts of the world thereby giving them the authority to take care of the sales of the products which get updated in this centralised system.
Through CMS we have enabled a complete customer detail database which is maintained with utmost confidentiality by the Country manager and is used for the purpose of bettering sales. There is an automated email system also made available. We have furthermore generated and programmed a system wherein the user can directly get connected / registered, using a QR code provided in an e-mail, accessible via mobile.
