GoPhygital was tasked with enhancing the profile section within their existing app to include elements of gamification in order to increase user engagement. With the new approach users were able to view their on-going subscriptions as part of profile and see the completion % of their profile. Moreover, for user convenience, information on how to complete the profile and be investment ready was included.
