As a part of the Dealer Dashboard requirement, GoPhygital was tasked with redesigning the existing UI to embrace a modern and user friendly experience. Moreover, at data entry sections of the application, the primary focus of the design had to revolve around the use of a keyboard.
This approach has improved interactions with customers, allowing them to provide a more streamlined service with fewer errors. Additionally, this made it easier for Angel BEE to meet their customers’ needs in a timely manner with minimal effort.
